Terms and Conditions

Booked sessions: 

Before commencing a 1:1 healing session, group coaching session or other type of session with Kristen Antonio at Rebel Soul Coaching LLC, you will need to agree to our Statement of Intent and Confidentiality terms.

You acknowledge that while Kristen is a trained psychotherapist, her services are not classified as clinical therapy.

All discussions held during a 1:1 healing session, group coaching session or other type of session with Kristen will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

If you have booked a specific block package of sessions with Kristen, all sessions are to be booked within the specified timeframe. 

If your package includes communication support outside of the sessions please adhere to the specified times Kristen is available for this additional support. 

Kristen will give a minimum of 14 days' notice for any planned vacations. Sessions that have been scheduled during this time will be rescheduled. The duration of her vacation will be added to your package, ensuring ample time for rescheduling missed sessions and ensuring you receive the full benefits of your purchased package.

If you need to cancel a session that's already scheduled, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours' notice whenever possible. Failure to do so, will result in the loss of that session. 

Kristen will provide a 48-hour notice if she needs to reschedule. In the rare event that Kristen must cancel a session on the same day due to an extraordinary circumstance, she will notify you at her earliest convenience and promptly reschedule the session.

If you are taking part in a group coaching program please note unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam etc towards other participants will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove you from the program if we feel you are behaving in this manner. A refund will not be issued. 

Company's Intellectual Property:

By signing up for Rebel Soul Coaching services, you acknowledge that all content & materials you gain access to inside this program are the intellectual property of Kristen Antonio and Rebel Soul Coaching, LLC.  They may not be reused, repurposed, repackaged, or resold without the explicit permission and consent from Company.  

In the event you want to use any strategies you learn inside this program, you agree to name & credit the creator, Kristen Antonio or Rebel Soul Coaching, LLC.  

Spreadsheets, worksheets or other content material of any kind may not be reused, resold, or copied in any way. That includes the content that is delivered by any additional Guest Experts hired by Rebel Soul Coaching, LLC. Any content presented by a Guest Expert is acknowledged as their intellectual property and will be treated as such.

Payment & Cancellation: 

Payment plan: If you have chosen a payment plan, kindly be aware that the full payment is required by the expiration date of the purchased package. However, the payment plan will be structured to process payments on a monthly basis in line with the specific plan you have selected.

Failed payments: Should a payment fail to process, we will reach out to you to arrange an alternative payment method. If payment is not received within 5 business working days following the failed transaction, please note that we retain the right to cancel your coaching package immediately.

Cancellation & refunds: Cancellation of your package will not be feasible and refunds will not be issued (This is separated from cancellations of individual sessions for illness, scheduling conflicts, emergencies, etc.)  In extraordinary circumstances, an extension of your package expiration date may be granted. 

Disagreement: 
In the event of disagreement between Client and Company, you, the Client, agree to communicate directly with the Company so resolution may be sought. Communication may be done via email at hello@rebelsoulcoaching.org. 

Both Client and Company agree to participate in conscientious, clear, direct and prompt communication should a disagreement occur. Both parties recognize that conflict and disagreement are mentally and emotionally challenging for all involved and each person's humanity will be respected & upheld.

Dispute Resolution & Legal Fees:
In the event of a dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the unsuccessful party will be required to pay for any legal fees incurred by the successful party due to mediation, including, but not limited to its attorneys' fees.

By joining this space, you agree to honor the code of values for this community which include a firm stance against racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, or oppression of any kind. You also agree to be an active member in co-creating & upholding this culture creating a space of safety for all.
