STRENGTHEN YOUR COURAGE THROUGH THIS 2-MINUTE SOMATIC IFS PRACTICE.

Dear Reader,

The Body is often the first to signal an imbalance brewing in the system. 

Whether that be you internal bodily systems, your family system, or the cultural system at large, our bodies have incredible sensitives to shifts in energy that we can use to help guide us through stormy weather. 

And storms are certainly brewing.

So, pause with me here.

 1) Take a deep inhale, filling your beautiful vessel up with Compassion.

2) And on your exhale, welcome Curiosity into the room.

What are the stories you were just telling yourself as you check your inbox? 

Do you notice any place in your body that is feeling a sensation?

 3) Bring intuitive movement, touch, or breath to this sensational place in your body.

Stay with this mind-body connection for 3-5 breathes.

 You just completed a simple Somatic IFS practice that creates more space into the crowded living room of our minds by shifting and attuning to the wisdom of the body.

What I love about the energy of Compassion & Curiosity, is that the more you practice extending this your Self through the body, the more you grow your ability to take Courageous & Confident action towards building the world you want to create…even if it “doesn't make sense” to anyone else.

Because the truth is, you are not a follower but one of the agitators. 

Within you, there is a pillar of possibility for a new pathway forward - for you, your lineage, and the Earth. 

If you are noticing an increase in anxiety and depression, try connecting these fearful, hopeless Parts to this pillar of Compassionate Curiosity through your bridge of your breath or intuitive touch, just like we practiced here. 

Guard your sacred, rebellious energy so you are not depleted and conditioned into playing a role that creates dis-ease within the inner and outward systems of your life.
