The Invitation for These Times

Cultivating stillness & connection...

Hi loves,

I've been intentionally cultivating stillness and deeply wintering in my home state of Massachusetts. I felt the call to come out of my cozy bear cave and offer a point of connection for us both. 

We are a community of sensitive, tuned-in souls, who may be feeling tapped-out, zapped-out, and burned-up by the collective energies of these times. I know in my bones, our shared purpose is to hold the light and allow the frequency of Love to flow from our hands, our feet, our hearts and our words.

Our shared Purpose is being challenged more than ever, as we witness the genocides, wars, fires, floods, and the dark shadows of world leaders sanctioning oppression and hatred. 

As such, there is an invitation for you, buried beneath the grief, the rage, the traumatizing terror your body may be holding…

All of us are being invited to consciously and consistently choose Compassion and Connection.  We are being invited to release our shame & judgement towards the things we have said, done, thought & felt. We are being asked to divert our energy away from fear mongering and consciously witness the beauty and goodness that fuels us with life force energy. 

Take this invitation in your hands. Hold it close it to your heart. And root down into the energy of love & humility by calling to mind one thing you are truly grateful for in this very moment. Let this image nourish your soul energy. Return to this felt sense as often as you can over the course of these next few days. 

Love comes in many forms. She has many faces. Stay open to her and she will rise up to meet you in unexpected and miraculous ways.  

And if you need support or a point of connection to help settle your mind and steady your energy, please reach out. I am here. My hearth fire is here to warm and sustain you.
